These terms apply when you visit, browse, or buy from printora3dworld.com. By using the site you agree to them.

Orders & pricing

Prices are shown in INR by default and may be displayed in USD/EUR/GBP/AED based on your shipping country. Prices include applicable GST for Indian shipments. Custom-print quotes are valid for 24 hours.

Lead times

"In stock" items ship within 48 hours from Surat. "Made-to-order" and "custom" items follow the lead time displayed at checkout. Lead times exclude shipping transit (typically 2–7 days India, 5–14 days international).

Custom uploads

You confirm that you own (or have permission to print) any file you upload. We will not print firearm components, items violating IP rights, or items deemed unsafe.

Payment

Indian shipments pay via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). International shipments pay via Stripe. Both providers handle card data — we never store it.

Cancellations

Catalog orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of placement. Made-to-order and custom prints cannot be cancelled once production begins; you'll see the start time in your order details.

Liability

Printora3D World's liability is limited to the value of the affected order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
