Printora3D World ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to ask us to remove it.

What we collect

• Account data — email, name, password (hashed), phone (optional).
• Order data — shipping/billing address, contact details, payment provider IDs (we never see your card number).
• Uploaded files — STL/OBJ/3MF files you upload for custom prints, stored in a private bucket.
• Usage data — basic analytics (pages visited, device type) — no third-party trackers beyond payment providers.

Why we collect it

• To process your order and communicate updates.
• To print your file and ship the result.
• To meet legal and tax requirements (GST invoicing).
• To improve the site and prevent fraud.

Who we share with

• Razorpay & Stripe — for payment processing.
• Shipping partners (DHL, India Post, Delhivery, etc.) — to deliver your order.
• Email provider — to send order confirmations.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or delete your account by emailing support@printora3dworld.com. Order records are retained for 7 years for tax purposes and cannot be fully deleted within that window.

Cookies

We use a session cookie for authentication and a cart-id cookie for guest checkout. No advertising cookies.

Error tracking

We use Sentry (sentry.io) to collect details of technical errors so we can fix them quickly. When something breaks on the site, Sentry records: the page URL where the error happened, your browser and operating system, the error message + stack trace, and the request ID. We do not record video of your session, your form inputs, or your password. This data is processed by Functional Software Inc. (Sentry's parent) under their Data Processing Addendum.
