How long does a 3D print take?
4 to 14 days depending on size, material, and finish. The exact lead time is shown in your quote before you check out.
What file formats do you accept?
STL, OBJ, and 3MF — up to 500 MB per file. Most STL files are under 50 MB, so you'll rarely hit that.
Do you ship to my country?
If DHL Express delivers there, we do too — and DHL covers more than 220 territories. Standard transit is 3–7 days for most destinations from our Surat studio.
Is the price I see final?
For catalog items, yes. For custom prints, the quote is valid for 24 hours and may be reviewed by us above ₹20,000 — we'll email you if there's a change.
Can I cancel my order?
Catalog orders, yes — within 4 hours. Made-to-order and custom uploads, only if production hasn't started yet.
Do you provide a GST invoice?
Yes — every Indian shipment includes a GST invoice with HSN code. Add your GSTIN at checkout to make it ITC-eligible.
What materials can I print in?
PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, Nylon and Carbon-PA on FDM. Standard / Tough / Flexible resin on SLA. Most colours in stock.
How accurate are the prints?
Layer heights from 0.05 mm (resin) to 0.2 mm (FDM). Engineering-grade tolerances on Carbon-PA and Nylon parts.
