We stand behind every print that leaves the studio. If something isn't right, here's how we sort it.

Catalog (in-stock) items

Return any unused, unopened catalog item within 30 days for a full refund. Buyer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged. Refund is processed within 5–7 business days of the item reaching us.

Made-to-order items

Made-to-order objects are printed for you specifically and aren't generally refundable. Two exceptions:

  • Print defects — wrong material, layer separation, broken parts in transit. We re-print free.
  • Wrong item — if we send the wrong colour or size, we re-ship the correct one and let you keep the wrong one.

Custom uploads

If your custom STL prints with a defect caused by us (under-extrusion, warped layer, wrong material), we re-print free. We can't refund a print that came out exactly per your file (e.g. unrealistic wall thickness).

How to start a return

Email support@printora3dworld.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We typically reply within 24 hours.

Refund timing

Razorpay refunds appear in 5–7 business days. Stripe refunds usually within 5–10 business days. If it's been longer, please email us — sometimes banks delay things.
